职位描述如下：
Job Responsibilities

•        Based in Xi’an
•        Develop busines s plans to meet established objectives, and implement the sales processes
•        Advise distributors' sales force in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives; or lead EM business development for assigned focus sector
•        Steward business relationships with key customers, channels and distributors
•        Effectively allocate and manage company resources and assets assigned to support the implementation of the sales plan
•        In conjunction with Customer Services and the Distributor Business Development group, steward credit performance of direct customers
•        Take responsibility for maintaining our License to Operate, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Business Controls.  

Requirements of Candidates

•        Bachelor or Master degree holders in engineering, or equivalent (prefer mechanical engineering for industrial lubes)
•        Good command of spoken/written English
•        Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed
•        0~ 2 years in reputable companies (local or foreign)
•        Experience in metal equipment builder or sales experienced, particular distributor stewardship an added advantage
•        Good sense of business ethics
